ATLAS Pathways™ Services

Systematic and continuous school improvement is not a “one size fits all”
endeavor. Through ATLAS, schools and districts may choose one or more
of Pathways Services to match their unique challenges and opportunities:

District Pathways™ link elementary, middle and high schools as partners,
ensuring that academic and social connections are made preK-12 to
support the success of every child. A Pathway Leadership Team facilitates
this collaborative work, aligning curriculum, instruction and assessment to
ensure a coherent academic program for each student. To learn more about
District Pathways, click here.

Leadership Pathways for Principals™ are designed to develop highly
qualified school leaders. Programs include the ATLAS National Principals’
Institute, the Leadership for Learning Support Network, ATLAS Study
Groups for Principals, and Leading Edge, an online leadership network. To
learn more about Leadership Pathways for Principals, click here.

Teaching Pathways™ are professional development offerings that
prepare teachers to be the driving force in school improvement. The three
programs – ATLAS Study Groups, Teaching for Understanding/Making
Thinking Visible, and the Pathways to Understanding Institute – help
create highly qualified teachers that meet the requirements of No Child
Left Behind. To learn more about Teaching Pathways, click here.

Assessment Pathways™ provide teachers with new insights into the
way their students think and develop understanding. As a core strategy,
Looking at Student Work helps inform a teacher's instructional practice
and creates a school culture focused on the opportunities students are
given to successfully develop as learners. To learn more about
Assessment Pathways, click here.

ATLAS continues to
be a top choice of
schools and school
districts seeking a
comprehensive
improvement model,
particularly for those
facing reconstitution
or a "turnaround"
situation.
